Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at Whatworks. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks related to SEO, social media marketing, PPC campaigns, content creation, and brand building strategies to drive engagement and growth for our clients.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketer to lead and optimize high-impact digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving quality leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization:
- Design, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation from high-quality clients.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to increase lead volume, improve lead quality, and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Leverage PPC, paid social, programmatic ads, and display marketing to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyze user behavior and sales funnels to identify areas for improving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create optimized landing pages, A/B test variants, and improve user experience (UX).
- Implement strategies to optimize the entire customer journey, from lead acquisition to sale.
ROI and Performance Tracking:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall marketing ROI.
- Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track performance and inform decision-making.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors and increase conversions.
- Work closely with the creative team to craft compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Budget Management & Optimization:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize results.
- Optimize bidding strategies across platforms to ensure a low cost per lead/acquisition.
- Provide insights and recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance.
Client Acquisition & Segmentation:
- Develop strategies for acquiring high-quality clients that align with business objectives.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences and behavioral retargeting.
Reporting & Insights:
- Provide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Present campaign results and strategies to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, social media advertising, and performance-based marketing strategies.
- Expertise in data analysis and campaign optimization, with a focus on improving lead generation and conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present performance data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, B2C lead generation or industries focused on acquiring high-value clients.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and optimizing them for maximum efficiency.
