Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand awareness.
Manage campaigns from launch to optimization, including budget management, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation tools such as CRM software and social media management platforms.
Conduct regular audits of existing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using ab testing techniques.

3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyze complex data sets.
