Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed for guest/client requirements.
  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude.
