Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for patients.
Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment plans.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding professionally to patient needs and concerns.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and reports.
