● Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

● Prepare compelling business proposals and pitch presentations

● Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to align strategies

● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback

● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets

● Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

● 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

● Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting
