Performance Marketer

Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing them for performance, and maximizing ROI. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimise, and scale paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads Facebook, Instagram and other performance channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor A/B testing to optimize campaigns continuously.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
