Role Overview

Partnerships & Alliances Manager / PMO

You will collaborate closely with the Founders, Senior Partners, and Delivery teams to drive excellence in client engagement and partnership execution.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Alliances Management

• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with partners, clients, and key external stakeholders across ExoTalent, LinkCxO, and LeadersEdge
• Identify and onboard new partners that align with the group’s strategic objectives
• Act as the liaison between external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration

Client Relationship & Agreement Processing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and relationship management
• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and closure of client agreements and partner contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards in all agreements

Program Management (PMO)

• Track, report, and drive key partnership initiatives and client deliverables across the group
• Set up dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility
• Support group-level strategic initiatives related to alliances and partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in

  partnerships, alliances, client relations, or PMO roles

• Exposure to

  recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or talent advisory industries

  preferred
• Strong understanding of

  contracting, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and program management skills
• Ability to work across multiple entities, geographies, and seniority levels
• MBA (preferred) or equivalent qualification
