Job Description

Csharptek, a global Microsoft Solutions Partner, is expanding its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine and is looking for a results-driven Partnerships & Alliances Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic technology and business partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to strengthen our partner ecosystem—especially across Microsoft, cloud, AI/LLM, data, and digital transformation platforms. You will play a key role in driving co-selling opportunities, joint marketing initiatives, and partner-led revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances (Microsoft, ISVs, cloud providers, and technology partners)
  • Develop and execute partner GTM strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution offerings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner relationships and ensure long-term engagement and success
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enable partner-led demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Enablement to create partner-ready content, playbooks, and campaigns
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams to align partner solutions with client needs
  • Manage partner agreements, certifications, compliance requirements, and reporting
  • Represent Csharptek in partner events, webinars, and industry forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management within an IT services company
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Cloud Transformation, AI/LLM solutions, Data & Analytics, Custom Software Development, and Mobile Applications
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partner programs or similar technology ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Comfortable working with global clients and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a flexible or remote environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Marketing & Sales Enablement or demand generation initiatives
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, partner portals, and pipeline tracking
  • Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Cloud, AI, or data platforms
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth IT services environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹434,149.81 - ₹1,568,652.33 per year
