Job description Job Title: Project Manager Location: Ranchi, India Experience: 6+ Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while maintaining alignment with business goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and smooth project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project-related issues to prevent delays or cost overruns. Budget & Resource Management: Efficiently manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance and collaboration. Process Improvement: Continuously assess project processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management in IT, or a related field. MBA. Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management in IT, construction. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation. Knowledge of risk management practices and budget control.
