Role Overview

part-time (15–20 hrs/week)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving visible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

• Coordinate with marketing vendors for website revamp, hero machine video, brochures, case studies
• Collect content from installations, customers, and operators
• Manage LinkedIn posting calendar and basic CRM updates

Operator Certification Program

• Plan and execute monthly operator training sessions
• Coordinate locations, trainers, communication, certification
• Build & manage operator WhatsApp communities

Dealer Network Enablement

• Support onboarding of new dealers
• Provide dealer kits, documentation, and training coordination
• Track dealer-originated leads and performance metrics

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain weekly dashboards
• Track KPIs (leads, demos, certifications, dealers, AMC, warranty)
• Present weekly updates to CEO and drive accountability across teams

Who Should Apply

You are a strong fit if you have:

Must-Have

• 5–10 years of experience in

  project management / operations / industrial sales support / B2B marketing

• Proven ability to manage vendors and push for timely delivery
• Strong follow-up discipline and structured working style
• Comfort working in manufacturing environments and with field teams
• Tech-friendly (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp workflows, basic digital tools)
• High ownership attitude — “If it has to get done, I’ll get it done.”

Good To Have

• Experience in printing/packaging/machinery/industrial equipment sector
• Experience running events, training programs, or dealer enablement
• Content coordination experience (photos, videos, testimonials)

Role Type

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

  3–6 months (extendable)

• Work Model:

  Hybrid + local travel for demos/events

• Compensation:

  ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month (depending on experience) + milestone bonuses
