As a Senior Project Leader/ Associate Director in Industrial Projects at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing large-scale industrial construction projects with your strong Civil Engineering background and over 20 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Lead end-to-end project management for industrial construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. - Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance. - Mentor and develop junior project managers and engineers. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus). - Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the industrial construction sector (e.g., manufacturing plants, warehouses, etc.). - Proven experience in managing projects valued at 100 Cr+ or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (EPC, PMC), and project controls. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
