Job Title
Pardot Specialist / Consultant
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and optimize Pardot marketing automation campaigns.
Manage lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and drip campaigns.
Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and ensure smooth data synchronization.
Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to measure ROI.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and pipeline growth strategies.
Train internal teams on Pardot best practices and functionalities.
Stay updated with Pardot product updates and marketing automation trends.
Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Pardot integrations.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce/Pardot certifications (Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant).
Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing environments.
