Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Market Research to lead and optimize our research operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing CATI, CAWI, IDI, FGD, and Panel Surveys, with proven expertise in team handling, project management, client engagement, and vendor coordination. This role requires a leader who can balance operational efficiency, data quality, and client satisfaction while driving continuous improvement across all research processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Operations Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of market research projects across Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and quality control.
  • Ensure all projects meet delivery timelines, data accuracy, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments — Field, Data Processing, Quality, and Analytics — to streamline execution.
  • Manage online and offline data collection (CATI, CAWI, IDI, FGD, and Panel Studies).
  • Team Leadership & People Management
  • Manage and mentor a team of project executives, field supervisors, and analysts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Client & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients to ensure smooth project communication and updates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, field partners, and technology providers.
  • Handle pricing, negotiations, and quality control with third-party partners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Process Excellence & Quality Assurance
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and Qnnous Global’s data security standards.
  • Monitor project KPIs and implement process improvements where needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support analytical interpretation and provide operational insights to enhance research outcomes.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Market Research, Management, Statistics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Market Research Operations with strong exposure to CATI, CAWI, IDI, FGD, and Panel Surveys.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and client/vendor coordination.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research project tools (QuestionPro, SurveyMonkey, Confirmit, etc.).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience managing both domestic and international market research projects.
  • Exposure to large-scale field and digital data collection environments.
  • Knowledge of automation tools or data visualization software is an added advantage.
  • Certification or training in Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma preferred.

Compensation

Attractive compensation package based on experience and capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
