The Role: As a Tour Operations Executive, you will be the key to our clients' seamless travel experiences. You will manage the entire operational flow from the moment a booking is confirmed until the client returns home, ensuring every detail is perfect. This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for travel and a meticulous attention to detail to serve our direct customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end tour operations for individual travelers and small groups.( Working in MICE industry would be an add on) Liaise directly with our global network of DMCs and suppliers to confirm bookings, accommodations, and ground arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing pre-tour information, managing on-tour support, and handling post-tour feedback. Ensure all travel documentation (itineraries, vouchers, visa assistance, etc.) is prepared accurately and on time. Handle and resolve any operational issues that may arise during a trip, demonstrating a calm and solution-oriented approach. Maintain and update tour data, prices, and availability on our internal systems. Qualifications: Proven experience in tour operations within the B2C travel industry. ( working in MICE tour operations would be an add on) Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
