Role Description

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational activities, improving processes, ensuring great customer experiences, and managing the on-ground teams to deliver exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and travel partners to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the selected candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance in tourism
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the travel and tourism industry, particularly in adventure-focused holidays or sporting events, is a strong advantage
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and implement efficiency-driven solutions
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and maintaining documentation
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree is critical.
