Tours Operation Executive

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tour operations for individual travelers and small groups.( Working in MICE industry would be an add on)
• Liaise directly with our global network of DMCs and suppliers to confirm bookings, accommodations, and ground arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing pre-tour information, managing on-tour support, and handling post-tour feedback.
• Ensure all travel documentation (itineraries, vouchers, visa assistance, etc.) is prepared accurately and on time.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues that may arise during a trip, demonstrating a calm and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain and update tour data, prices, and availability on our internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tour operations within the B2C travel industry. ( working in MICE tour operations would be an add on)
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously.
• A passion for adventure, running, cycling, or active travel.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and MS Office Suite.
