Data & Travel Ops Associate

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: - Working on the CRM, CMS website backend, Booking & Reservations System - Servicing customer queries online and over the phone - Managing reservations, rooming lists, etc. - Providing post-sales customer support (visa documentation, extra nights, amendments, etc.) - Executing travel arrangements for travelers - Keeping tours, dates, and prices updated from season to season - Maintaining the Tours on CMS Key Responsibilities: - Minimum one year experience in planning and executing large-scale events/projects/tours - Attention to detail and accuracy with thorough and systematic work - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills - Demonstrated ability to multi-task - Driven and motivated with a proven track record in managing systems and processes - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Flexible, positive mindset to adapt to change - Advanced computer skills and strong Google Office skills (advanced level) - Self and open to being challenged - Committed and willing to work long hours as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum one year experience in planning and executing large-scale events/projects/tours - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills - Demonstrated ability to multi-task - Advanced computer skills and strong Google Office skills (advanced level) Please note that the company is based in Bangalore and requires candidates with excellent Excel skills, good communication, and experience in the travel trade/event management industry.,
