Tour Operation Associate

You should be based in Bangalore and have experience in the travel trade or event management industry. It is essential to have a strong understanding of Excel and excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include working on CRM and CMS website backend, managing booking and reservation systems, handling customer queries online and over the phone, and managing reservations and rooming lists. Additionally, you will be required to provide post-sales customer support such as visa documentation, extra nights, and amendments, as well as execute travel arrangements for travelers. You will also be responsible for keeping tours, dates, and prices updated from season to season, and maintaining tours on the CMS. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in planning and executing large-scale events, projects, or tours. Attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, communication skills, and time-management skills are crucial. You should be able to multi-task, work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive mindset to adapt to change. Strong computer skills, especially in Google Office, are required at an advanced level. You should be driven, motivated, and have a proven track record in managing systems and processes. Being open to challenges, committed, and willing to work long hours as required are also important qualities for this position.,
