Operations Manager

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of

  Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)

  , ensuring adherence to engineering standards and methodologies, including

  CAD

  ,

  FEA

  , and

  quality control

  practices.
• Apply core

  engineering principles and calculations

  to deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Manage and coordinate projects

  to ensure successful outcomes in terms of cost, schedule, and quality, in alignment with

  client SLAs

  .
• Collaborate effectively with

  engineering consultants

  ,

  vendors

  , and

  internal stakeholders

  to develop accurate effort estimations, proposals, project plans, and execution strategies.
• Prepare

  Management Information System (MIS)

  reports, including weekly and monthly updates, and generate billing/invoice documentation for clients and relevant parties.
• Optimize operational processes through

  automation

  and

  advanced Excel reporting

  , enhancing efficiency and reducing costs while maintaining quality standards.

• Mentor and develop

  team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth; experience managing teams of

  50+ members

  preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional

  communication skills

  (both written and oral), engaging effectively with customers and managing team dynamics.
• Exhibit flexibility to

  work in shifts

  as required.
• Experience in handling

  international clients

  will be a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of

  13 years of overall experience

  , including at least

  5 years

  in the

  manufacturing industry

  and

  7 years

  in the

  engineering services sector

  .
• Proficient in major

  CAD tools

  such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor, with familiarity in at least one

  FEA software

  .
• Strong understanding of

  manufacturing techniques

  and ability to navigate diverse facets of engineering.
• Proven

  project coordination and management skills

  , ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
