Job Description - Operations Manager at FabrIQ Role Summary We are seeking our first core team member to oversee day-to-day operations for a school uniform solutions company. This role is based out of the NCR Region & is ideal for someone who wants strong ownership and is excited to grow into a Lead/Manager/Head of Operations over time. The candidate will work closely with the founder to supervise sourcing, sampling, production QC, logistics, delivery, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities Sampling & Production Support ● Assist in fabric sourcing, sample development, approvals and rework coordination ● Ensure on-time creation of school uniform samples based on provided designs ● Coordinate with tailoring teams, printing/embroidery vendors and fabric suppliers Quality Control & Order Execution ● Perform quality checks on fabrics, stitching, measurements, accessories, packaging, etc. ● Maintain QC checklists and approve only high-standard finished goods ● Track production schedules and escalate delays proactively Procurement & Inventory ● Purchase trims, fabrics and accessories as per requirements ● Track stock utilisation and maintain basic inventory records ● Build vendor relationships to ensure the best pricing and reliability Logistics & Dispatch Management ● Manage packaging and courier dispatch of samples as well as bulk orders ● Liaise with transport partners for smooth delivery Coordination & Documentation ● Communicate with vendors, and in some cases, directly with school admins ● Maintain documentation like sampling logs, QC reports, delivery status, etc. Novafab Textiles PVT Ltd. Chittranjan Park , New Delhi- 110019 Desired Profile Education: Graduate, preferably in textiles/fashion/garment production (not mandatory if experience is strong) Experience: ● 1–4 years in garment manufacturing/production, tailoring, merchandising or QC ● Graduate Freshers will also be considered Skills & Traits ● Comfortable with field tasks (vendor visits, dispatch, factory visits) ● Ownership mindset, honesty, discipline and ability to learn fast ● Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp communication/email) ● Good communication and willingness to take responsibility ● Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, trims, ironing/finishing, QC is a plus Compensation ● Competitive salary based on experience ● Cash + ESOPs-based compensation queries@fabriq.world Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
