Job Title: Healthcare Executive Patient Care Coordinator Location: Kothanur, Bengaluru Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional patient service. You will interact with patients, clinicians, office staff, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, home care providers, and insurance companies. Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth communication between departments is a core part of this role. Flexibility to work according to client schedules is required. Key Responsibilities: Ensure punctuality and regular attendance Maintain professional courtesy with co-workers and patients Prioritize patient care and satisfaction based on individual needs Direct patients to the appropriate department or personnel Maintain a clean and organized workspace Stay updated on office and departmental procedures Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required Adhere strictly to the Employee Handbook and HIPAA regulations Be available for offshore meetings as per customer requirements Skills & Attributes Required: Knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in using computers, phones, and office equipment Strong and fast typing skills Excellent and clear communication skills Educational Qualification: Any degree Roles & Responsibilities (Tasks include but are not limited to):PAC (Patient Access Center) Call Support: Attend incoming calls through the softphone system Assess patient needs and assist accordingly Schedule appointments based on symptoms and client guidelines Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional support Follow proper phone etiquette at all times Communicate effectively using EHR or internal messaging tools Follow and refer to client SOPs as required Seek assistance when unsure or in doubt Participate in outbound call campaigns and report outcomes to supervisors Report unusual scenarios to supervisors for resolution Handle multiple tasks with flexibility Check and clear your inbox messages daily unless awaiting a response Communicate with office managers for any site-related issues Be willing to support other functions as needed
