The role involves welcoming clients and visitors, managing the reception area, and providing efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and members in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries. Maintain a neat and professional reception area at all times. Assist with visitor registrations, gate passes, and appointment scheduling. Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and facility teams for smooth branch operations. Support administrative tasks including courier handling, record maintenance, and data entry. Requirements: Graduate (preferred) with 0–2 years of experience in front desk/admin roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Presentable, customer-focused, and proactive in handling responsibilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
