Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound/inbound calling, lead follow-ups, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our co-working services
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits
• Maintain call logs, lead records, and daily reports
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for closures
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong communication
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or similar role
• Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Positive attitude, patience, and confidence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
