Drive planning, execution, quality, safety, billing linkage, and client satisfaction across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Build WBS and look-ahead schedules; allocate manpower, tools, and subcontractors across sites. Lead weekly reviews and trackers; clear roadblocks; ensure material planning and site readiness. Enforce QA/QC and HSE (method statements, checklists, toolbox talks); target zero LTI. Client/consultant interface: approvals, progress billing, and variations/claims with documentation. Cost control & MIS: WIP, cost-to-complete, productivity, budget vs actual; reduce rework/wastage. Documentation & compliance: IS/NFPA/NBC adherence; maintain as-builts and handover packs. Team leadership: mentor engineers and juniors; hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback. Experience and Qualifications Diploma/BE (Mech/Electrical), 7–12 yrs in MEP/Fire contracting (hydrant/sprinkler/FA execution & T&C). Strong planning, client handling, vendor/subcontractor management; Excel/MS Project. Working knowledge of IS/NFPA/NBC; frequent travel as needed. Good-to-Have Exposure to pump rooms, LEAN/5S/ISO, basic Primavera.

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates (materials/fittings/transport/incidentals) and internal cost sheets. Validate scope with design, procurement and site; maintain rate lists and vendor comparatives. Prepare/price variations with proper evidence; support negotiations with management. Compile invoice packs (JMRs, challans, test reports), issue tax invoices per milestones; track receivables and maintain billing registers; archive for audits. Experience and Qualifications 4–7 yrs in estimation/billing (fire/MEP preferred); strong Excel; contracts/GST basics. Cross-functional coordination; documentation discipline; follow-through on collections. Good-to-Have ERP experience; exposure to procurement/GRN/quality documents.
