Operations Manager

Job Summary

QuickStart Co-Working is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations of our co-working spaces, ensure high service standards, manage staff and vendors, and drive smooth, compliant, and profitable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the co-working space to ensure seamless functioning and high service standards

· Manage client onboarding, workspace readiness, and ongoing member support

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall facility upkeep across the centre

· Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and internet service vendors

· Monitor and resolve operational issues, client concerns, and service requests promptly

· Supervise front desk and support staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance guidance

· Oversee meeting room bookings, event coordination, and space utilization

· Conduct daily opening and closing inspections of the facility

· Track inventory, office supplies, consumables, and asset records

· Maintain and update CRM systems with bookings, tasks, and client interactions

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports

· Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and internal coordination

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

· 3–6 years of experience in co-working space operations, facilities, hospitality, or property management

· Strong client handling and communication skills

· Experience in team supervision and vendor management

· Good knowledge of facility operations, safety standards, and CRM tools

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
