Job Summary

D2C Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Website Order Management

  • Handle end-to-end order processing for all Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website orders.
  • Create and manage shipping labels, invoices, and packaging lists.

Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Monitor daily dispatch performance and escalate any delays or issues.
  • Ensure proper tracking updates and delivery accuracy.

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse staff, customer support, and the operations team to streamline order flow.
  • Maintain clear internal communication for smooth daily operations.

Excel & Reporting

  • Use advanced Excel skills to process orders, manage large datasets, and track daily order status.
  • Prepare detailed daily/weekly reports highlighting:
  • Dispatched vs. pending orders
  • Delays or exceptions
  • Courier performance
  • Order fulfilment accuracy
  • Maintain dashboards to support operational planning and decision-making.

Inventory Coordination

  • Check stock availability for incoming orders and coordinate replenishment when required.
  • Raise alerts for low-stock items to avoid delivery delays.

Operational Accuracy & Compliance

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to process guidelines.
  • Work with the team to minimise operational errors and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Cleanup).
  • 1–2 years of experience in D2C operations, e-commerce, order management, or related roles (freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with order management tools, shipping aggregators, or CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics processes.
