Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across Pan-India locations.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring operational and marketing activities.
Travel to different locations as required for operational coordination and support.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and on-ground activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Identify operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
Handle basic technical and system-related tasks as per business requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements

Educational background in
Computer Science / IT
.
0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role (freshers may apply).
Willingness and flexibility to travel
Pan-India
.
Basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
