Operations Executive

• Responsible for coordinating with the chief mentor / course directors in planning day to day activities such as preparing presentation, compilation of documents etc. as assigned by Ops Lead.
• Responsible to prepare and publish “session schedules” for every batch according to their course duration after reviewed by Ops Lead.
• Responsible for coordinating with mentors and collecting their dates for next month's course sessions before 10th of every month as assigned by Ops Lead.
• Responsible for creating meeting links in different platforms, participation and recording the meeting sessions.
• Responsible for coordinating with all the mentors to get presentations / study materials and convert it into the StudyMEDIC formats.
• Operations shall work closely to finalize the related orientation slides & shall be reverted to the assigned mentors at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Responsible for collecting documents (study questions) from mentors for scheduled sessions and sharing with the students after converting them into StudyMEDIC slides.
• Responsible for managing student’s platforms such as telegram groups, class room sessions etc.
• Responsible for maintaining records and trackers of each batch along with their session details.
• Responsible to coordinate with all the members within the group in case of any queries and concerns.
• Responsible for collecting free library materials from our groups done by the students and sharing with the Operations Lead. And to maintain a tracker for the same.
• Responsible to collect materials from mentors and share with Operations Officer for his perusal.
• Coordinate with the sales team and the sales & marketing slides to be incorporated in all PPT’s.
• Mentors sessions & orientation attendance shall be submitted to the Ops Lead on 30th of every month in Mentors Session / Orientations Attendance Form.
• MOM of the mentors meeting shall be communicated to the team for their understanding.
• Mentors session slides final review for ensuring proper formats before presenting to the audience.
• Responsible for sharing the session’s recordings with the IT team within 3-4 hours of the completion of the session.
• Responsible for participating in all the sessions for timely support to mentors as and when required.
• Go To Meeting / Other means of application used for live session and its Test Calls to all students & mentors before starting the session.
• Responsible for posting the session related questions in the morning to the respective groups & the answer shall be posted in the evening.
• Supporting books / documents shall be uploaded into google drive for mentor’s reference.
• Notify the Chief Mentor that the students are not attending the scheduled sessions.
• Communicate with Ops Lead. & Chief Mentor if any discussion / chats is noticed in Study Telegram Groups that may affect the reputation of StudyMEDIC.
• Responsible for uploading Course Library Materials into StudyMEDIC Website as and when instructed by Line Manager.
• Responsible to follow the instruction assigned by Ops Lead for the smooth operation of StudyMEDIC.
• Responsible for following the instruction assigned by the Line Manager for the smooth operation of StudyMEDIC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
