Accountant

Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system.

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and verify invoices for payment.

Prepare and issue invoices to customers.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Monitor and report on cash flow.

Expense Management: Track and categorize expenses.

Assist in the preparation of expense reports.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Generate and analyze financial reports.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Assist in the preparation for audits.

Budget Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

Analyze budget variances and provide explanations.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary financial information.

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software and other financial tools proficiently. Utilize accounting software and other financial tools proficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
