Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain complete Books of Accounts in Tally (daily entries, ledgers, vouchers). Manage journal, purchase, sales, payment, receipt, contra entries accurately. Project-wise accounting for construction projects including WIP tracking. Vendor & Contractor Management Process daily vendor payments after verification of invoices, work orders, measurements & GRNs. Perform vendor reconciliation and maintain ageing reports. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for payment queries. Taxation & Compliance Prepare data for GST returns, monthly input summary & reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B). Ensure correct TDS deduction (Sections 194C, 194Q, 194J, etc.). Prepare TDS challans, working papers, and coordinate for return filing. Bank & Cash Management Handle petty cash, site cash expenses & daily fund requirements. Perform Bank Reconciliation and monitor cash flow. Financial Reporting Prepare MIS reports: Cash flow, Payables ageing, Project cost summary, Expense reports. Support Management with financial insights and data. Audit Support Prepare schedules for internal, statutory & tax audits. Maintain documentation, agreements, invoices & support files. Required Skills Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory). Good understanding of GST, TDS. Excellent Excel skills . Knowledge of project accounting & cost control. Strong communication and vendor-handling skills.
