Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Project Manager / Executive Associate
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations and Administration

  • Oversee and streamline daily business operations across departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and record-keeping systems.
  • Supervise data entry, reporting, and performance metric tracking.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of internal processes.

2. Team Management and Development

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of team members.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure team alignment with company goals.

3. Client Relationship and Service Quality

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor client feedback and coordinate improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

4. Sales and Performance Support

  • Support sales and business development activities by tracking key metrics.
  • Coordinate documentation, client communications, and operational support for sales strategies.
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing and client retention campaigns.

5. Meeting and Communication Management

  • Represent operational and client concerns in internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting summaries, reports, and actionable items.
  • Ensure timely completion and follow-up of discussed tasks and commitments.

Role Focus

  • Manage and enhance operational efficiency across all service verticals.
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Strengthen internal coordination, communication, and workflow optimization.

Work Schedule

  • Workdays: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation:

Initial Assessment Period
Employment begins with a two-week assessment period to evaluate performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values. Final confirmation of employment is based on successful completion of this period. During the assessment, either party may discontinue the engagement without notice or severance.

Salary Range:
INR 15000 to 25000 per month, based on experience and performance, with performance-based appraisals.
