Business Development Associate (BDA)

Department: Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Administration:

• Support and streamline daily business operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Perform data entry, reporting, and metric tracking
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely execution

Team Building and Training:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures
• Monitor team progress and support continuous improvement initiatives

Customer Relationship Management:

• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and resolve issues
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention

Sales Support:

• Track sales performance and report key performance indicators
• Assist in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Support the sales team with documentation and client coordination

Meeting and Communication Management:

• Represent operational and client concerns in meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting summaries and action points
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of discussed tasks

Other Details:

Role Focus:

• Assist in strategic planning and expansion initiatives
• Support franchise development and operational scaling
• Contribute to research, documentation, and proposal drafting

Work Schedule:

• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary Details:

ASIOS ALLIANCE Initial Assessment Period (First Two Weeks).The employment begins with a two-week assessment period. Performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values will be evaluated.* Final confirmation of employment is based on performance during this period .Either party may discontinue the relationship without notice or severance, Probation Period: Three Months (Including Training) Upon successful completion, the starting salary will range from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month*, with performance-based appraisals.

Salary Models During Probation (Any One Option Can Choose):

Option 1: Fixed Salary Mode

Training Salary: INR 8,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to INR 10,000 per month upon achieving milestone goals

Post-Probation Salary: INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month with appraisals

Option 2: Incentive-Based Mode

Training Earnings: INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month based on milestone achievements. Post-Probation Salary: INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month with appraisals
