Build strong relationships and guide them through the enrollment process. Promote personalized solutions that align with the aspirant’s stage of preparation. Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions with accuracy. Stay updated with UPSC trends, syllabus changes, and student concerns to communicate more effectively. Share regular feedback from students to improve offerings.
