About the Role

We’re looking for passionate, goal-driven BDAs who can help UPSC aspirants find the right mentorship and courses at Mentors Daily. Your role is to guide students, understand their preparation stage, and recommend the best-fit program—directly from our onsite office setup.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls to guide UPSC aspirants on Mentors Daily programs

Understand student needs, preparation level & learning gaps

Present the value, features, and benefits of our courses confidently

Convert leads into paid enrollments through strong communication & counselling

Maintain CRM entries, lead status updates, and follow-ups

Coordinate with the marketing and mentorship teams for smooth onboarding

Participate in daily onsite team meetings, performance discussions, and training sessions

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)

Good understanding of UPSC exam pattern (added advantage)

Target-driven approach with strong ownership

Empathy-led counselling ability

Basic CRM and computer handling

Eligibility

0–2 years of experience

Freshers with strong communication skills with UPSC Exam are welcome.

Pay: ₹11,585.91 - ₹40,044.63 per month
