New Oxford PU College, powered by Taproot Group of Colleges, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student admissions and strengthen our brand presence in and around Sarjapura, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through school visits, education fairs, telecalling, WhatsApp campaigns, and local networking. Counsel students and parents about our PU programs, competitive exam coaching, and campus facilities, and convert enquiries into admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centres, and local influencers to increase referrals and walk-ins. Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities like seminars, workshops, and events in coordination with the academic and marketing teams. Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using basic CRM/Excel and submit daily and weekly reports to the management. Desired Profile Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage. 0–3 years of experience in education sales/admissions/business development; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication in English and regional languages, with strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with field work in and around Sarjapura and meeting monthly admission and revenue targets.
