Business Development Associate (BDA)

New Oxford PU College, powered by Taproot Group of Colleges, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student admissions and strengthen our brand presence in and around Sarjapura, Bengaluru.​

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through school visits, education fairs, telecalling, WhatsApp campaigns, and local networking.​
• Counsel students and parents about our PU programs, competitive exam coaching, and campus facilities, and convert enquiries into admissions.​
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centres, and local influencers to increase referrals and walk-ins.​
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities like seminars, workshops, and events in coordination with the academic and marketing teams.​
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using basic CRM/Excel and submit daily and weekly reports to the management.​

Desired Profile

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.​
• 0–3 years of experience in education sales/admissions/business development; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.​
• Excellent communication in English and regional languages, with strong convincing and interpersonal skills.​
• Comfortable with field work in and around Sarjapura and meeting monthly admission and revenue targets.​
