Role: Business Development Associate – UPSC Mentorship Programs
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)
Eligibility: Graduate | 0–3 years experience | UPSC background preferred

What You'll Do:

• Connect with UPSC aspirants and parents to explain our mentorship programs.
• Build strong relationships and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Promote personalized solutions that align with the aspirant’s stage of preparation.
• Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions with accuracy.
• Stay updated with UPSC trends, syllabus changes, and student concerns to communicate more effectively.
• Share regular feedback from students to improve offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Appeared for UPSC or has worked in UPSC EdTech/counseling
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with remote tools (CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.)
• A genuine passion for education, guidance, and the UPSC journey
