Job description: Business Development Executive – Trailspec Gears Pvt. Ltd. (Trawoc) Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Kakkanad, Cochin Role Overview We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to handle calls, convert leads, and drive sales for our brand. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls & handle inbound enquiries. Convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain call logs and update CRM. Upsell and cross-sell products when relevant. Coordinate with operations and customer support teams. Required Skills Fluency in English – Mandatory Hindi – Preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven and excellent follow-up ability. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email). Compensation Fixed Salary + High Sales Incentives (Strong earning potential). Performance bonuses based on monthly achievements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
