As a Sales Team Lead at our overseas education consultancy, your role will involve managing and driving the sales team to achieve success. Your responsibilities will include: - Giving Seminars & Demos Regarding Company to potential clients - Leading a team of education counselors/sales executives - Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets - Driving conversion of leads through follow-ups, consultations, and sales funnels - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies - Exploring and establishing B2B relationships with educational institutions and influencers - Representing the company at industry events, education fairs, and seminars Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (26 years of experience would be an added advantage) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strategic thinking with a growth-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and lead initiatives - Strong networking and relationship-building skills This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
