Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Associate (FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED) with excellent English communication skills to handle the complete outbound sales process. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their visa requirements, providing accurate consultation, and supporting them throughout their application journey. A polished communication style, professionalism, and client-centric approach are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to clients regarding European visa services Explain visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures in a clear, confident manner Identify client needs and recommend suitable visa solutions Handle follow-ups from enquiry to successful visa approval Maintain and update client records, interactions, and progress details Work toward achieving monthly sales, lead conversion, and quality targets Ensure a high-quality customer experience by resolving queries efficiently Candidate Requirements Strong fluency in English (spoken & written) Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional tone Must be formally dressed during office hours Ability to learn and confidently explain visa processes Experience in sales or customer support is preferred Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome

Work Schedule Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (fixed)

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance)
