Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Career Planning Engage with job seekers who register on our platform and understand their goals. Guide them toward appropriate career support plans based on their needs. Maintain ongoing communication through WhatsApp, email, and phone. Recruitment Operations Support the hiring process by shortlisting and coordinating candidates for client openings. Use tools like Zoho Recruit and Google Sheets to maintain updated records. Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate interview preparation. Process Management & Reporting Assist in resume screening, ATS scoring, and sharing profiles with employer partners. Participate in weekly virtual training and submit performance updates. Eligibility Criteria Graduates (any stream) interested in recruitment, HR, or consulting. Excellent communication in English and Hindi/Bengali. Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp, and email-based coordination. Must have a working laptop/desktop and reliable internet. Training & Assessment Period (First 3 Months) Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (performance-linked structure). Flexible work timing with freedom to plan your own schedule. Regular performance evaluation based on targets related to support and coordination. Goal-oriented and learning-driven—no micromanagement. Note: This is a performance-assessment period. Achieving monthly milestones is essential to qualify for the confirmed role. Post-Confirmation Benefits (After 3 Months) Fixed salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on initial performance).
