About AugmintechAugmintech is a rapidly growing education and consulting company specializing in BIM, MEP, Civil, Architecture, and Engineering career programs. Along with training, we actively support student placements by working closely with 50+ hiring partners across India, UAE, and other international markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition (Internal Hiring) Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internal roles including Trainers and Subject Matter Experts Sales and Business Development roles Marketing, Operations, and Support teams Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with internal stakeholders Student Placement & Hiring Partner Coordination Act as the primary HR point of contact for student placements Coordinate with hiring partners to understand job requirements and expectations Ensure timely availability of suitable candidates for partners, either From Augmintech-trained students, or By sourcing externally if required Shortlist, screen, and schedule interviews for hiring partners Track placement status, interview outcomes, and joining confirmations Maintain strong relationships with hiring partners to ensure repeat hiring Placement Operations & Process Management Maintain a structured database of students, profiles, skills, and job readiness Align students with suitable roles based on skills, training, and performance Support students with interview coordination and basic readiness checks Ensure hiring partner requirements are fulfilled without delays HR Operations Support Assist in onboarding documentation for internal hires and placed candidates Maintain recruitment and placement trackers Support HR processes such as attendance, records, and basic policy adherence Employer & Brand Representation Represent Augmintech professionally while interacting with students, candidates, and hiring partners Ensure smooth communication and positive experience for all stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or placement coordination Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Experience in handling clients or hiring partners preferred Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Preferred (Good to Have) Experience in ed-tech, training institutes, or placement cells Understanding of engineering, BIM, MEP, or technical hiring Exposure to performance-based or target-driven roles What We Offer Direct involvement in building internal teams and student careers Exposure to industry hiring partners and real recruitment operations Career growth into Senior HR or Placement Head roles Performance-based incentives linked to successful hiring and placements How to Apply Interested candidates can share their CV with the subject line: Application for HR Recruiter– Augmintech
