Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / BPO domains
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fitment
Coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers
Follow up with candidates on interview status, feedback, and offer acceptance
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets and deadlines
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening abilities
Ability to work with targets and timelines
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and team player

Qualification:

Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred but not mandatory)
Female candidates only
Work from office
Laptop and Mobile SIM Provided by company
