About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our Bengaluru team.
This is a pure inside sales role, ideal for someone who excels at lead engagement, WhatsApp follow-ups, phone-based selling, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

If you have strong communication skills and proven telesales/inside sales experience, this opportunity is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via WhatsApp and phone calls (no field work).
• Clearly explain platform features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate client information and updates in the CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident, disciplined, and results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a structured, target-oriented environment.
