We are looking for an experienced Accountant responsible for end-to-end accounting including sales invoicing, TDS and GST return filing, monthly financial statement, bookkeeping and maintaining accurate books in Tally, or similar software. The role includes preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling accounts, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have a understanding of payroll processing and related compliances such as PF, ESI, and TDS on salaries, along with timely filing of returns and challans.
Role & responsibilities Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, FDI/ODI RBI guidelines, NBFC Compliances, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws. Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board/General Meetings with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle FEMA and RBI compliances including FC-GPR / FC-TRS filings and liaising with AD Banks & RBI. Oversee Private Equity funding transactions, due diligence etc. Manage IPR filings including Trademarks and Copyrights. Advise the Board and Management on corporate governance, legal risks, and regulatory obligations. Liaise with regulators, auditors, banks, and investors, ensuring clear and ethical communication.
