Job Description

Lead and manage a team of Team Leads and Technicians involved in EV charger installation projects. Plan, schedule, and monitor daily operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of installation projects. Track project progress and prepare regular operational reports. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, compliance standards, and company policies at all job sites. Manage inventory, tools, and material flow required for installation activities. Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control. Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of field staff. Handle on-site issues, escalations, and ensure timely resolution. Work closely with management to develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
