Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 3-6 years of experience to join our team as an On the Job Trainee in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hospitality and be eager to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics, such as compliance and harassment prevention.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including performance evaluations and benefits information.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policy violations and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
