We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a civil engineering background, a working knowledge of AutoCAD, and a passion for engaging with clients. You will play a critical role in driving technical sales, supporting clients throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell civil engineering products and technical solutions to contractors, architects, consultants, and builders. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and AutoCAD-based drawings based on client requirements. Coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including site visits and installations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain specifications and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records through reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal review. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the civil or construction industry. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and minor editing of drawings). Good understanding of civil construction practices, materials, and terminology. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Willingness to travel as required across assigned regions. Preferred Skills: Experience in construction, infrastructure, or building materials sectors.
