Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Participate in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Manage onboarding activities, including documentation and induction.
Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, files, and documentation.
Track attendance, leaves, probation, confirmations, and exits.
Support payroll input preparation and verification.
Review Imprest and Travel reimbursement

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
Conduct pulse checks and feedback sessions as required.

4. Performance & Policy Compliance

Monitor probation reviews and performance documentation.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, code of conduct, and legal compliance.
Assist leadership in drafting HR policies and SOPs.

5. Exit Management

Support exit formalities, asset collection, exit interviews, and F&F.
Maintain exit data and generate insights to reduce attrition.

Qualification & Other requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant HR experience (generalist/operations preferred).
Experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitivity.
Problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
