SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT 1. Responsible for the Display planning, recruitment, direction, organizing and controlling the objectives of showroom as per the instruction from the HO. 2. Conduct daily meeting and set a target daily for making the team more energetic. 3. Do weekly review sales and marketing, meeting with the executives in every Saturday for evaluation the one week performance and planning for the next week. 4. Daily verify the works of the Sales executives by analyzing the reports and monitor the activities of inventory, marketing and accounts executive 5. Develop in-house promotion strategies with discussion with GM/retail manager and do the needful as per the instructions 6. Maintain the relationship with customers by keeping the commitments and service quality. Ensure that no customers are dissatisfied by the service from CeePee Marbles 7. Represent the meeting at HO for discussing about the past achievements and targets. 8. Control and monitor the accounts executive and ensure that the expenses are properly controlled and the financial side is as per the instructions from the Accounts dept 9. Daily submit the consolidated report to the retail manager after analyzing the reports of executives. 1. Managing the sales and coordination with the sales team 2. Responsible for managing the sales team providing support to meet, push and demonstrate products. Also to make sure that they are pitching the clients in a way that defined by the company. 3. Conduct periodical review of the sales performance of the team with the pre-defined standards. Take necessary steps for the improvement and the performance (like training, suggestions, warning etc). 4. To give support to staff so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales. 5. Responsible for achieving sales targets using sales team and ensure consistency in the achievement DISPLAY MANAGEMENT 1. Ensure that proper display management practices are applied in showroom as per the guidelines suggested 2. Audit displays on a daily basis and suggest corrections as and when required 3. Conduct thorough research in the market and identify innovative Display management and implement after approvals from Management SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 1. Coordinate the promotions and marketing campaign and ensure that the activities are happening as per the plan and the objectives are met. 2. Ensure new customer acquisition with the support of sales operations. So prepare periodical plan for the achievement through coordinating with the GM. 3. Ensure the collection of payments from the customers before the credit period and keep the customers in a good relation. 4. Suggest employees for promotions and rewards to the human resource department. 5. Consolidate the orders from the sales representative and sent it for processing COMMUNICATION & IMPLEMENTATION 1. Deal the enquiries, issues of the customers and provide the solution through proper coordination. 2. Implement the promotions and supervise sales and business development. 3. Coordinate research data collection for new market/product and client development (Contractors & Engineers). 4. Send periodical reports and insights of the department to the top management (with suggestions and insights) INVENTORY CONTROL & MONITORING 1. Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits through proper inventory planning. 2. Managing stock levels and making key decision about stock control and ordering for the Showroom. 3. Makes sure that all the products have been well arranged and priced correctly. 4. lead the sales team and assists them in understanding the current stock status, inventory updations 5. Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate stock planning. 6. Setting re-orders point of each item for every quarter as per the sales and availability of materials by coordinating with HO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 1. Processing customer complaint, comments and feedback while working to resolve any issues. 2. Responsible for resolving the customer queries and complaints if any. SALES IMPROVEMENT 1. Using reports to record sales figures and effective analyse data. 2. Organising and executing promotions, sales events and innovative business processes. 3. Maintaining market awareness and performing competitor analysis, and introducing new and innovate business process to maintain a competitive advantage. REVIEW & REPORTING 1. Sending daily activity report to GM including the summary of reports from sales and billing 2. Weekly sales achived report 3. Stock/Inventory movement analysis report 4. Trend Analysis & Status summary Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
